Never in modern times has the words of Malcolm X been so important. When I joined last week, I posted the picture of a book I am reading, Back to Black: Retelling Black Radicalism for the 21st Century, by Kehinde Andrews.
The book delves in Garveyism, The Black Panthers, Stokely Carmichael, Huey P. Newton and Malcolm X. All believed we as black people in the diaspora, need to learn our African culture and embrace it.
I share the greatest speech of Malcolm X called the The Ballot or the Bullet delivered in 1964, so poignant today, as it was 56 years ago.
I will post more inspirational information, follow me and you will see the automatic updates.
