Black Maternity Matters: Mental Health Stigmas in the Black Community

days hours remaining
Learn how to support your mental well-being during life’s ups and downs.

As Black women, we are the backbones of our families – we carry A LOT on our shoulders. We put everyone’s needs before our own, but we also need to take time to prioritize our mental health.

Join licensed social worker and therapist Brandi Rahim as we explore how to have productive conversations around mental health in the Black community, build confidence and coping skills for life’s ups and downs, and learn how to put our mental well-being first.

All participants will receive a gift for attending.

This is fifth in a series of educational workshops we’re hosting in partnership with Cincinnati Hamilton County Public Library. Details on future workshops will be available at www.cradlecincinnati.org/calendar.
