Some of the uk black actors, sports stars, journalist, muscians talking about growing up and their parents telling them about dealing with being black and also stories about their own experiences, you know the usual stories about us having to work 10 times harder, big lips, scrubbing skin, cant play with the white kids, being stop by police etc
