Algorithms in Facebook. Skin colour is part of their algorithm. The problem with programmers they can make any code on the system and directors will not even know.

I noticed on facebook that my account is pushed towards third world countries because I never seem to meet or hardly meet people born and raised in London . it is always navigate towards third world countries

You are right they use the information that they find out about you to keep a level of control over you, and also to determine what you see that would benefit them and their advertisers.
