European interception and reappropriation taught us to view our cultural practices as evil, hence the annihilation of our group identity, values and systems.
KEY TAKE-AWAY:
We must begin to semiotically reclaim and restore African spiritual systems as, African problem-solving techniques, a cultural template, natural science or as a cultural superstructure. This is a prerequisite in any bid to heal, build and self-determine as a group.
