Here we have a panel on the menopause ostensibly chaired by a man. Not looking to shut any man out on the subject of the menopause, of course they get affected indirectly and it's worthwhile for all genders to be knowledgeable. No disrespect intended, just the optics. I see there are two female panel members whose pictures don't feature at all, the only picture featured is that of a good looking man.
