Peace and Blessings and
Wishing each and everyone a better and more further progressive 2021. For me I ended the year on a good note. achieving all my goals for 2020, inspite or and despite of what has been going on around me and around the world.
This article is simply to encourage us all that the most important thing now is to continue to work and focus on our self awareness and to maintain our mental well-being and well-ness so that we are then in a position to support others from that place of internal strength and awareness.
A good friend of mine said recently 2020 and even 2021 was and is our year to earn and gain our PHD in self awareness, because this is where our true strength lies. In the revelation of who we really are, in our authenticity and integrity to ourselves we then can be that to others. Our focus must continue to become and to be the change we want to see in the world. There is so much energetically happening around us that in order to see what is, we have to become still on occasion, we have to pull back, to look at the man in the mirror and then fill that well inside of us, to keep that well topped up because so much more is coming our way. We must try to keep the laughter and song in our hearts and souls. Put on your music. Put on your high vibrational music. Have high vibrational conversations. Dance. Exercise. Meditate. Pray. Scream if you have to. Whatever floats your boat as we go through this moment, these pivotal moments. There is a saying - this too shall pass.
